How to submit a sitemap to Bing or Google without webmaster tools?

Is there a way to submit sitemaps to bing and google without using webmaster tools?

    If it's for a Woprdpress blog you can use a plugin "Google xml sitemaps".

    It will auto post sitemaps to Google, Bing, Yahoo and Ask

      I just submit my sitemap URL to somewhere like pingoat then that sitemap page gets indexed as will the rest of your pages. Good Luck.

        Probably if he's autoblogging or doing something that Google may not like.... then its a good idea to avoid Google analytics or WM tools.

    Simply include a reference to it in your robots.txt file, also known as XML Sitemaps Autodiscovery. See examples + explanation in this robots.txt and sitemaps article, section "Robots Text File and XML Sitemaps Autodiscovery"
