9 Way To Make More Money With IM - Forget About Money! Yes!

There are alot of posts lately about "how can I make more money" or "How can I make $1000 with just $100"

Its all about money!, lets just stop for a minute. It really isnt about money.

If you want to make money online, and I mean really kill it online, you need to start attracting money instead of just chasing it. Yes! Most people go about it the wrong way.

Do you think selfish people attract money?? NO!

Money is really just a form of energy or flow of energy. It is normally attracted to businesses that solve real problems for people or other businesses.

Most people wonder why they are not doing well online, however they forget that they are ignoring how money works, and so money ignores them. It is simple as that.

People have wants and needs, and they also have money. So you need to give them solutions or fixes for their problems.

You do not have to come up with anything ground breaking for your solution...that is where people get it wrong. All you have to do is be different, come up with a great solutions, even find a really good solution and put your own spin on it. In fact that is what many wealthy people have done both online and offline and it has made them massive amounts of money.

So do not think about money forget about it ALLTOGETHER!

Wake up each day and say to yourself, "how do I create massive value today"

"How can I offer the best solutions to people that need a fix"

That way you are letting the flow of money and enegy attract to you. Let the money come to you! Stop being arrogant, and thinking bout how you can make your next $1000, or $10,000 or even $1 Million.

Learn to help first, and do not become selfish. That is how you will see fast results.

If you want to become wealthy, you can break it down to 9 things....

First find as many people as you can and....

1) Make them feel emotionally happy.

2) Fix an annoying problem they have.

3) Teach them how to do something.

4) Make them feel better or more physically attractive.

5) Make them feel safer in the day or night.

6) Make them laugh or help them find happiness.

7) Satisfy their needs, either nutritional, or human needs such as physiological or sexual.

8) Teach them how to make their life easier.

9) Help them reach their biggest dreams and goals in life.

If you make a stance and decide to not rest until you do one of these 9 things, you will not have to work out where you next $100 is going to come from. Or your next $1000 either.

Money will find it's way to you.

Stop trolling around the warrior forum and writing down which technique is going to make your rich. First do not be selfish and sit down with a PEN and PAPER and ask yourself these 2 simple questions....

"What amazing things can I offer others?" .....

"What amazing VALUE can I give to others?" .....

I mean really sit there and do this exercise, because if you do, you will be a money magnet and you will never have to chase money ever again!

Nice post. There's a reason why all newbies who are trying to make a bunch of money with a fast approaching deadline usually fail. They only want to sell and they're very easy to spot. It's incredibly counterproductive and they don't even realize it.

      yes great tips.

I remember when my thinking changed so did my income.

Money spinners are just that, you will spin some money and then like a fad, you will burn out along with your income.

Real businesses will last for years, because they are built from the ground up and not built around a fad, or a fast trend that dies out quickly. You see this happen alot especially these days with all the shiney objects out there.

The same groudbreaking techniques have worked for centuries and have not changed one bit. Offer a solution, a fix, a remedy first. Do that and people will have no worries handing the money over. Even large amounts of money. Then you just do this over and over and get better at the solutions you are giving. Its a win win situation.

    This is a fantastic post.

I've always thought of this concept as the "real test" to becoming wealthy. Can you put the needs of others before your own and create a product/service that actually helps people solve their problems?

If yes, you'll become rich. If not, you'll keep looking for that "golden nugget" which keeps you poor and the rest of us rich.

      Great points there!

Isn't it the vicious cycle people seem to get in. They try to find that really fast money system that puts money into their bank account by tomorrow!!! But the funny thing is that they are not creating a real business, and or real wealth.

Then when they realise this, they have failed, they go looking for the next big ticket to fast wealth and go through the cycle again and again. And around and around they go.

I been on that merry go round along time ago. I am glad I hopped off that ride . Its not nice.

Best bit of advice I ever got was like this.

Humans tend to live in survival mode and make emotional decisions accordingly.

In business as in life, your rewards are a reflection of the value you give. This goes for friendship, family etc.

So many quotes come to mind.

    Ever read The Go-Giver?

    Great book.

That's a great post celente. The best way to get rich is to attract money by positioning oneself the way you put it. Meeting people's need is really the power to attracting riches. It's all about really sitting and thinking what's it that needs a fix in society. Sometimes, the problem is we think far and ignore the little things that are just around us that can trigger the unstoppable flow of money.

The solution might just be around you

    I totally agree with you!

If you want to become wealthy you should find a way to give tremendous value to as many people as possible. What you give out, you will recieve back.

Eventually begin to give away 10 % of your income each month. This will teach your brain that you have plenty of money thus giving you an abundance mindset.

    CELENTE, nice!

I like what I am seeing, "If you want to make money online, and I mean really kill it online, you need to start attracting money instead of just chasing it. Yes! Most people go about it the wrong way."

If you chase women, they run away. If you attract women, they come to you. Same with money, because money is not a static thing, they are always moving (toward, away or around you).

CHASING is the opposite of attraction. It's the opposite force that repels people. Since you deal with people when it comes to money, attract do not chase.

The concept goes back to the beginning...it is in giving that we receive.

Giving opens the doorway to receiving. It applies to almost everything in life. When you take the focus off of what you can get and put it on what you can give, the thing you desire is attracted into your life.

    Knowing is half the battle.

Incredibly insightful, simple, but mind-blowingly critical post! (It's sort-of rehashed or condensed versions of what people like Seth Godin, Paul Graham, etc. are saying...excellent!)

I knew this intellectually years and years ago...but only started to put into practice 12-15 months ago and it's done wonders for my business. By providing massive value I've opened myself up to a world of opportunity that wasn't available before. Instead of having doors closed on me, I find that I'm the one that has to do the door closing. (Hopefully a bit more gently/gracefully than was done to me, heh)

I might go even further. If you can afford it...do your best to give away as much value as you can FOR FREE. Not BS value...give away the kind of value where you think, "Ugh...that's painful to admit" or "Damn...I could have made some serious money with that" That, I think, is the fast track proposition.

It's a much better feeling waking up every day and thinking about what kind of value you're going to provide instead of worrying how you're going to get your next paycheck. Yes, you'll make mistakes and work on things that don't turn out to provide as much value as you thought...but the mindset is correct, for sure.

Yes see how most marketers think about money before helping!!!

When you change this thought pattern around completely 360 to how can I help, and add value you will get the money. It will come. Add value and give stuff away, and the universe will keep giving.

I agree with this thread 100% well make is infinite..

Anyway.. I have a question for those that have posted in the early days when thread was created back in Dec 2011 a little over a year ago..

As anyone learned anything from Celente's post?

Granted most will not remember they posted in this thread a year ago BUT here's my challenge to THOSE posting from here on..

Come back here in year and post your results..

The testimonials will have the weight of GOLD!

As the (terminator) would say.. " I'll Be Back " J

      Eddie

PS. I am a walking testimonial of this LAW.. I am NOT rich monetarily yet BUT I have experienced significant increase in many areas of my life (financially, spiritually, and emotionally) regardless what your beliefs are this is a universal law if learned and practiced you'll experience things beyond your reality.. I HAVE!!

I love this post! It's true -- we have to give first before we can expect to get. I have copied the following list in my notebook:

    6) Make them laugh or help them find happiness.

    7) Satisfy their needs, either nutritional, or human needs such as physiological or sexual.

    8) Teach them how to make their life easier.

    9) Help them reach their biggest dreams and goals in life.

Sometimes, some people forget that to get money, we need to give something of value. This is a good reminder for all of us. I've also copied these questions in my notebook. I'm going to take the time to think hard and answer these questions:

"What amazing things can I offer others?" .....

"What amazing VALUE can I give to others?" .....

Thank you so much, Celente. You're excelente!

Some good advice here thanks. First starting out it can be a little overwhelming at times on how to approach things.

The money is definitely a draw card at first and if it doesn't come quickly then I guess many give it away. Over delivering on content and material is a good way to build a great relationship with people.

I think this is a gem, 1) Make them feel emotionally happy.

Not gunna expose, but as times change, and the economy fully collapses and fails, what do you think it will do to peoples attitudes and minds. Hi Celente,

Thank you for sharing great content. I love the way you break down the 9 things that most marketers should be doing so that we will be providing good values and experiences to the customers.

A good reminder that we need to give values to the customers before we even start thinking about getting money from them. Giving consistent values to customers will requires work but isn't that part of the marketer's job to give consistent values?

If the marketer is not ready to give consistent value to the customers, I am sure there are many others who are willing to do the work to give consistent values and they will be the one that is earning all the money

I might be a bit crude in my observations... but I have always said... the hardest dollar to EARN is the one you NEED. If you are chasing the dollar you "need" through online earnings then you are destined to fail.

If you can find another source of income to float you until your IM practices payoff then you could have a future.

      ^^^ SO TRUE.

...Now while I do like the first post of course and there's a lot of good general advice in there... clearly those who'll deliver something valuable will open themselves up to the POTENTIAL of making money....

however. in the end, it doesn't really matter how much value you force yourself to offer others in reality... what's much more important in the first place is, how much value you'll put on yourself for all the right reasons... it's the definite prerequisite to attract any money at all.

put it this way... there are tons of people out there who wholeheartedly value themselves more than anyone else and go far with it (at least on the surface, their dilemma will loom in retrospective). but I challenge you to show me ANYONE who provides any real value to others without valuing themselves even more first...

even though we're (OP + I) are both talking about the law of cause and effect here, it's dangerous to generalize it too much... if someone would just start going out of his way to provide amazing value to others, but doesn't value the fact he does so even more, he'd quickly get sucked dry and thrown away like an empty battery by the armies of conscious and unconscious emotional vampires...

again, every general advice from the OP is definitely sound... but it's lacking a bit in the VERY important department of self-awareness. attraction always happens inside/out... it's impossible to cure a cause with the effect...

it's an evil circle to force yourself to provide value (effect) out of a need, and solely to receive value back (cause). it becomes addictive and makes you dependent on good will from outside forces again... that's contracting attraction, mere trading that implies that the supply is limited... where as value in, by and out of itself and just because (cause), becomes the strongest force of potentially unlimited expanding attraction (effect)...

anyone who'll be able to activate this perception of self-value (for good or for worse it doesn't matter at all to begin with, only in the end) will immediately start attracting a black river of money and visa/versa... if you cannot receive, you do not have and so you cannot give a damn thing (a nice example, for a retrospective dilemma would be credit interests)

SO YES... PROVIDE AMAZING VALUE! FIRST FOR YOURSELF, THEN FOR AS MANY OTHERS AS POSSIBLE... More Power To YOU

Wishing you nothing but the joy of success!

People purchase stuff from other people that give value. A wise person once said that one doesn't get valued on the amount of money one owns, but one gets valued on the kind of deeds one practices. Care for your customer and they will care for you.

Thanks for making this post. I agree that providing value is an important element in order to be able to make sale without a refund.

Would you also say that the buyer is also selfish in general (in his quest for a solution to his/her problem), and that is the reason why the seller should make everything be all about the buyer.

It makes me think that seller becomes in a way someone who puts his selfishness (if he/she has any) on the side to focus on the buyer's needs.

Awesome perspective. The best way to make money is to know what people want and solve their problems. The most successful business is one whose products solve problems. It is amazing how people usually just start calculating their profits before they give value to the same people that are going to buy their stuff. I am so glad you shared this because it is really the first lesson that a person should learn before anything else. Great job!

Great post Celente, i totally agree with your concepts

One of the thing that reinsures me in your post is this :
Money is really just a form of energy or flow of energy. It is normally attracted to businesses that solve real problems for people or other businesses.
Because most people on this forum write "to make money", and as i am not a native english, i have never understood why they used the word "make".
You can make money if you are a money counterfeiter or if you are a bank.
But if you are a product creator or a marketer you can only attract money.

And to attract this money, in my experience, you have to provide useful value to the interested persons.
This useful value can be in a form of a service or a product.
The price you ask to provide the service or product represents the energy you ask to access this product.
The amount of energy is based on how you evaluate the useful value of the knowledge, the experiences, the techniques you provide, and the time, energy, money it has taken you to learn, to experiment, to know a subject (when i say "know", i mean to have the skills, to know the techniques.)

So in fact, if your product trully helps people to understand something, to learn a technique or a skill, to achieve something, to feel better mentally or physically, then the amount of energy spent by the interested person to access your product is minimal compared to the energy he would have spent if he had to learn it by trial and error.

This is really a good list to keep in mind, thanks !

Learn to help first, and do not become selfish. That is how you will see fast results.
Man this is a great message! And totally worthwhile, it gives you a completely different viewpoint on making money.

Instead of focusing on trying to make money by every quick, get-rich scheme under the sun you are actually focusing your mind on trying to help others....and this is how you can attract money to yourself!

It's def a great business model. If you have an idea and approach your target market with a message "hey, look how I can add value to you - how I can help you be more successful" you are breaking the cycle of chasing money. Then the money will start to chase you

Takes a little bit of time to break the old "oh i gotta get some cash quick" though process but after a while it becomes second nature and you will become more successful.

I'm gonna print off your OP an have near at hand so I can read it anytime I need to re-focus myself. Feel super ready to get to work now after reading this thread!! And I'm not thinking about making money (will take care of itself down the line) I'm only focused on creating value for others or helping them fix their own problems.

You can't be reminded of these principles too often. In the IM business, we are presented with many opportunities to create apparent but not real value. Link networks, Blog networks, autoposting, yada, yada, all attempt to mimic the perception of value. They wok for awhile, but are not enduring.

Google and other search engines are trying to deliver real value to their users otherwise they'll switch to a competitor in search of better value. That's why Google changes its algorithm and some people get "slapped". Its really not a slap per se, just some value mimicry getting its due. More like the closing of a loophole.

Celente's message is to stick to value creation in whatever you do in life. The greater the value the greater the reward. It may not be in money, but could also be in reputation, gratitude, self-respect...

Very well said. Its good to have some long-term projects / sites that are not promoted or spammed using programs. If you do this, your site will be more stable and shouldn't get "slapped" when google changes their algorithm again.

by far this is the most valuable post I've read regarding making money online. everything we feel and sense including money is energy in essence. in order to receive, we have to give first, provide relevant and valuable information and generally love to readers, Google, and the universe, and money will come happily. that's also one of the reasons that I favor Google's penguin update, it wipes out those spammy sites that give no real value. kudos!
