Know of a SUPER SIMPLE HOSTED Helpdesk?

I've looked at Zoho, Kayako, zendesk and so on but all seem to have features that are way more than I need and as a technically challenged individual, a headache to configure.

I want something very, very simple that is for 1-2 users, only and nothing fancy - just something my subscribers/customers can use to contact me for one of three reasons: billing, enquiries and feedback.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Free software is not something I generally use but I wouldn't want the hosted version of a premium service costing me more than $10-$15/m.

    I'm going through something similar... What about osTicket?

    I know you don't like free but it's pretty good from what I can see. I think I'll be going with ZenDesk. Pricey, but I'm running a lot of staff and students.

    I'm also thinking of RT ticket support. Has anyone used it before? And if so how did it go?

    hesk.com has a pretty solid simple solution. it is usually thought of pretty highly from several warriors. i use it as well, and have been very pleased.

    OS Ticket is preloaded in many cPanel hosting accounts. I have it with Host Gator and use it. It is pretty good for my purposes.

    Comm100 provides a combination of customer service software which include live chat, ticket/email, knowledge base, and help desk. They are powerful, integrated and hosted.

      Have you used Comm100 before? It looks okay but I can't get a price list anywhere. Really bugs me that I have to talk to a salesperson to get a price for software. Sysaid do the same thing.

      And the argument that they have to tailor a solution to my needs doesn't cut it... if the pricing model is so complicated that I can't figure it out, I'm not going with you anyway.

      But I think i'm hijacking this thread... James am I okay to talk about other slightly more complex helpdesk solutions or should I start another thread?

        It's okay. You're not hijacking this thread.

        I agree with you that coyly hiding the price list is absurd in today's market. However, Comm100 is FREE so you won't find any pricelist that I can make out.

        If you google search "helpdesk" "customer support solutions" "hosted support", you'll get a variety of helpdesk solutions to choose from - free and premium.

          Yeah okay, i've had a look at Comm100 in a little more detail.

          Bizarre business model and a little confusing. I guess they're just trying to build a crazy large list and sell stuff to them on the side.

          I think I'm going with Kayako in the end... not cheap, but got lots of stuff that I need.
