Popup Domination Help

Popup domination works fine on firefox but not in IE. I have used popup domination on other sites and works great. I am using genisis framework with prose theme. the site is improductsreview dot com if you wanted to take a look. Any help would be great.

    I'm not using popup domination (not available for joomla), but I tried to make my own basic version to build my list (link in sig) and it also doesn't work in IE9, but works perfect in Chrome and Firefox.

    Try to clear all privacy files, cookies, and cache of the IE browser, perhaps that's why it does not work. I do not have problems with this.
