Only your ad provider can answer this question. We could tell you whether we think it's okay all day long, and argue as strenuously as we want one way or the other, but it will not make a damn bit of difference.

Not really. They'll pretend they do, but they're just guessing. They're filling in a lot of blanks about what else you're doing on your site, and they might be wrong about something important. If Google shuts off your AdSense account, "some guy on the Warrior Forum said it was okay" is not going to carry much weight with them.

      You are referring Adsense ads

The number of ads is not an issue here.

Actually its 3 ad units and 3 link units per page max.
You appear to have one ad unit and one link unit shown.

You have only shown the very top of your page however the issue may be “ad to content” ratio. Google AdSense measure this above the fold.

So display your site in a full browser window of at least 1024*768. Use minimal Toolbars and normal font.

      1. The total area used by ads must be less than 30% of the display area
      2. The ads to "real content" (not including headers, banners, sidebar, navigation etc) ratio must be less than 50/50. I.e. your ad area must be no more than your real content area.

Putting ads at the top of your page can often push the content down causing your ad to content ratio to be too high (above the fold).

Without seeing the rest of your page there could be 100 other policy violations that I cannot see and even invalid click issues that can't be assesed simply by viewing the page.

Of course CD is correct in that only Google AdSense can ultimately decide if you Page is ok. But understanding the policies and guidelines goes along way to making sure it is.
