Having problem with my visa card

The problem I am having with Graphcard is this, I acquired a virtual visa card from them only to find out that most service providers are refusing the card, eventually I found out that the reason for their refusal is because the name on the card is different from my name by one alphabet. Since then I have tried contacting them by writing them but so far no response is forth coming from them. How can I solve this problem , I need the card for some important transaction. Thanks
