AMR Problem?

INTERNET MARKETING

I got the following error message when using AMR.

There was an error trying to retrieve the AMR settings.
Ensure that your Regional Settings are set to United States - English
Start - Control Panel - Regional Settings.

Did anybody get this kind of message before. Right now I can not log into AMR. Does anybody know it? :confused:
