What are the best paying sites for uploading

Hey guys I want to establish a new site for affiliate marketing but there will be a downloads part and I want to make money from free downloads. Do you have any idea which are the best(I mean highest paying) sites for uploading?

    I've seen sharecash before but there are surveys before downloading. I think most people doesn't want to take these surveys and not proceed to download page.It's my thought. Have you ever experienced such a thing before?
