Looking for opinions on my new website

Hi! I started a website about one month ago and am finally able to write articles daily. I came here to learn from those experienced and fortunate but am looking for opinions from everyone. Any help is highly appreciated

I am interested in social media and marketing topics, so I decided to create a website with those subjects as my main target. When I started, I promised myself that I'll do daily updates for 6 months no matter what and see if this project will gain traction. If so, I will start with affiliate advertising.

There is tons of websites on social media and (especially on) marketing, so I know I have to deliver some original angle. Basic idea I ran with is to split my website into 3 main parts: news, lists and charts.

News is news. Lists are very popular and many people prefer them over ordinary posts, so I decided to stick to them and try to make them easily readable and apealing. I only wrote 4 lists, so it will of course take a lot of time before I can do it right.

Charts section will also be updated daily and will break down new statistics by various researchers and provide additional commentary. Today I made my debut with Illustrator, so I'm sure my first chart article looks terrible, but I will learn

My English also isn't perfect, but soon I will have few people looking over my shoulder daily to correct me and help me learn the language fully.

I would love to hear your feedback, mainly negative, to let me know what areas should I improve in the first place.

My website is located at mediaanatomy.com. Thanks in advance for your opinions

Your site looks clean and organized and in my opinion you have done a good job. Good quality content on a consistent basis always works well.

It's clean, looks good. But what's the purpose? The number one social medial marketing source. Hmmm... What does that mean? I don't know. I might look around a bit and try and guess. And I might not. Many won't. Put something right up top that explains what you're doing. Good luck.

EDIT: You should create a sig file and put the link in there. You'll get a lot more feedback.

I like the clean feel of your site and it looks like you have a great start. The angle about the charts and lists are good. Always nice to have a good resource hub. Cool logo as well.

You'll need to select a purpose at some point. What do you hope to accomplish? Affiliate, adsense, list building? Sounds like you might be leaning towards affiliate marketing. Will you be doing product reviews or capturing email addresses or both? Might want to think about developing a good give-away and squeeze page or exit pop if so.

    Good luck!

I also agree with the traveling guy, "Whats the Purpose of the site". It should be clear enoguh to keep the visitors engaged on the website.

    Looks wise - Its good.
Content wise - Has good contents than only the question - Why you share - Anything new which can be shared or the usual stuff, many knows.
Conversion - How to keep visitors involved, I see only RSS Feed, you should have some coversion factor, like newsletter or Contact me.
Meta Discription - Your Meta Discription seems to me missing. Metadata tags allow you to tell the search engines what your web page
Meta Keywords - Your Keywords is also missing.
Images - I think you should optimize the images more.
Language - Its Ok, but needs little more simplicity.

Job well done! The site looks promising! Maybe a little color background would brighten it up a bit Just a suggestion though. Keep up the good. Just continue what you're doing and pursue your goals. Don't stop believing and everything will fall into place Cheers!

It's clean & tidy & contains some very good content.
Your plan to keep updating on a regular basis is key.
Like others have said you then need to plan out how you will maximise the site to get a return on investment for you time & effort.
      Good luck with it all.
