niche site creators/sellers: What is their business rationale?

New to the forum, I discovered the section Warrior Products & Services > Complete Websites for sale - offering custom crafted niche and micro-niche websites and blogs that are marketed as ready to earn Google Adsense profit. Some of these products sell for as little as $24 each site/blog.

Help me grasp why these authors find it more profitable to research, create and SELL these websites/blogs rather than just keep them for themselves and pocket the Adsense profit? It would appear, per their marketing posts, that they would make back the selling price very quickly and own a massive collection of websites earning cash continuously, rather than a one shot sale.

I especially invite those offering the products above to reply to this thread.

[no doubt this has been asked before, but I could not search out the forum Q & A on the subject]

After working on Niche websites and doing my own research its mainly for the following reasons.

    1) They failed to flip the site on flippa or similar websites - With them failing to flip it they simply want there investment on the domain + hosting back.

    2) The website isn't something they want to continue, they might break into another niche thats more profitable and worth their time.

    3) They are lieing about its credability, something that i find a problem on this forum. People lie alot claiming to make 10x more than they really do to sell a product or in some cases simply lie all together to make a quick sale.

    4) It takes 20-30 minutes to make a niche framework, $24 for 30 minutes work seems a good trade to me.

    Marketing 101:

They have found a hungry market of people who would rather
buy a ready made website than build it themselves and they
    have filled that demand.

Once a site template has been created, it's relatively simple to make a unix script to cookie-cutter it for a totally new niche as well.

Thus, creating a complete new website might take less than an hour. Add to that multiple sales, and it can definitely create a profit.

    Hope that helps!
