Thinking About Entering Site Flipping

I am thinking about starting to flip some sites to supplement my income. To determine if this is a viable business plan, I need to determine what ballpark may sites would bring. I have looked through sitepoint and the prices are all over the place.

Can anyone direct me to a good resouce on flipping blogs?

I want to flip:
- wordpress blogs that are 3-6 months old
- blog will have reviews of 3-4 Clickbank products
- 10-15 articles
- 15-25 pages indexed
- 50-75 backlinks
- all original content

    The kind of site you described would sell for a about $200. Maybe $300 if you waited a little longer for someone to bite.

    Get that site ranking for a few "buyer keywords" and make some sales and the site's value will increase significantly depending on how much it makes.

    If you can prove that the site converts it will be worth more money!

    Many of the blogs I've flipped are very similar to what you've mentioned above, and yes it is a viable way to make money. It's not really possible to determine what a site might make without knowing the monthly earnings though.

    As Aaron said, a site without income might only make a few hundred dollars, however if you've got at least 3 months earnings to report then it's a different story. I would typically expect to get about 4-6 times the monthly earnings. Of course this would increase the longer you keep the site.
