Anyone familiar with backpage? Does it get alot of traffic? Has anyone ever use it for their blog or website to gain traffic? Also is Craigslist another one that would be useful for traffic?

    check the stats at the links below for traffic stats. In a nutshell the site gets tons of traffic. I think your copy will determine how many leads / inquires you'll get.

    Craigslist has a lot more traffic than Backpage, but Craigslist is a lot harder to use. They have a lot more restrictions.

    Oodle.com is a new classifieds website that was launched by Walmart not too long ago that seems to be gaining a lot of popularity.

    Alexa Traffic Ranking:

    Craigslist is number 10 on the web
    Backpage is number 680 on the web
    Oodle is number 984 on the web
