What are the indispensable actions/techniques to make a site successful?
Newbie here, though I've read a lot about IM, SEO, traffic generation etc. I am always trying to learn more. I started a website in a niche I'm passionate about 3 weeks ago and have been updating daily. Traffic has been inconsistent but I've had some decent days (including a 2,000 visitor day). I see promise in this niche and am striving to become an authority on the topic. As of now, my main focus is posting quality content every day to build a following.
I was wondering what you consider as being the actions that are absolutely indispensable to a new and growing website?
