Hello everyone!- a question about web hosting

Hello I am new to the online marketing scene but I am very excited about setting up my first site. I decided that I would write an ebook, and then set up a site to sell it. I am mostly interested in copywriting and thought it would a good thing to start off with my own ebook to get some good confidence!
But I just went to go get my website and webhosting and came upon something I couldnt figure out myself.
How much bandwith and webspace should i get?

I dont expect many visitors at first seeing as this is my first time doing anything like this. But i will be selling an ebook with other ebook bonuses. I am not sure if the download page or email is on my site or does my fastspring account hold the download pages and downloads?
It will only be a one page site, I just want to get my feet wet but want to try to learn the right stuff.

Iv read people saying that you usually wont go over what they give you.
The place i was looking at has 3000mb bandwith and 50mb webspace. Do you believe this would be enough?
Thanks so much, I cant wait to get going I know its hard work but I always was told its best to learn by doing and I know i might lose money but i would like to try.
again thanks
Ashley

It depends. I know that's not a clear answer but it's the truth.

It depends on the size of the ebook, the number of people downloading it, whether or not you run scripts to protect your ebook, how many graphics you use, and other things.

As a general rule you probably won't go over what is offered by your host. That's not a guarantee, though. It does happen. If it happens that's a good thing. You'll be making money and all you'll need to do is contact your host and order more bandwidth. It's really nothing to worry about.

One way you can handle both protection and reduce bandwidth is to put your ebook on http://www.payloadz.com where it can be downloaded and they can handle the paypal sale and everything for you. This will protect your ebook from thieves and until you make $100 each month it's free. After you hit $100 you'll pay a small percentage to them. By then you'll be making money, though and again, this won't be a problem.

Thanks so much. I didnt realise it is that easy to upgrade. I will go with an educated guess and see where it goes from there.
I will definately look into payloadz, but is it associated with my site? is that where my customers will go when they try to buy my book?
      Thanks again
