Need information how to use Twitter like a pro.

I want to learn the ins and outs of Twitter.
In the past I sometimes used Twitter,very basically,but know I want to learn everything about Twitter.
How to use,hashtags,Twitter marketing,how to get followers etc etc.
Do you know a free e-book with lots of information how to use Twitter like a pro.
Other resource are also welcome,but I prefer a free e-book.

    First of all, don't ever spam. That's very unattractive and you will only lose followers doing this. It's all about value. Always provide value and use hashtags to a certain word that you would like to stand out from the tweet you've made. Develop relationships by mentioning people with the "@" and retweet people's tweets. If they tweeted a blog, comment on it. Believe me they will do the same.
