Well, I don't have much experience with Clickbank. Does your product fall within their list of prohibited products? Here's their current list:-

There's part of your answer. Your Privacy Policy cannot comply with Clickbank's terms and conditions. As UMS says, it is hilarious. I've been crying into a tissue, it's so funny. It's totally unintelligible and cannot even begin to be said to comply with any relevant laws. As far as CB are concerned that is a security issue.

I've an idea ( but could be wrong) that CB also require you to add proper, visible, contact details, such as an email address. That is also a security issue if our clients cannot see who you are.

Who actually wrote the product you are selling and why/how do you have permission to sell it? Was it written for you? If so, why can't the writers help you to write an intelligible sales page?

That is also a security issue - your content could be stolen, copied, plagiaries, spun or otherwise acquired. You admit you didn't write it yourself.

I'm sure you could find a site that will generate a real privacy policy. One that doesn't have an obsession with armpits.

Why not follow what (to me anyway) seems like the obvious route and reply to ClickBank, asking them for a more detailed reason for their decision? No-one here can advise you in that regard.

In addition to the types of products listed above that they do not accept, your site has to be FTC compliant, meaning no fake testimonials, no fake income claims, privacy policy, TOS, etc. It's impossible to tell which of the rules you don't comply with. If you want more specific answers, just post your url. Making people pm you to help you will get less response.

Clickbank can be great if you are looking to add your
    product to the network.

But it is not the only option.

You can use other networks like Plimus, Paydotcom
or you can get yourself a merchant account.

I checked it and see nothing glaring. I would hire a writer who's first language is English to go over it and correct the grammar. If you can't get a response from Clickbank as to why it was rejected, you'll have to go another route. Rapbank was suggested ... I've never used it, but worth looking into. Also, JV Zoo is new and affiliates can promote, but again, I'd clean up that English first.

I can't comment on why Clickbank declined your application, but notwithstanding that, your sales page needs a lot of work.

At the moment, it looks very unprofessional and certainly wouldn't inspire any confidence for a potential customer.

My number one suggestion is to hire yourself a proofreader. I realise that English probably isn't your first language, as the grammar of your sales page is pretty bad.

Also, your layout and design is very basic and doesn't look very professional or nice to read. At the very least, turn off comments, they don't belong on a sales page.

You should make that page "salesworthy" before you do anything else.

The English needs a lot of help.

I've marketed many Forex products and services and I can tell you this page needs a complete "re-think" from top to bottom.

fxworthy - just update the ticket you already have opened. They respond within a day or two at most for new product approvals. No one here can tell you for sure but CB is responsive (albeit somewhat slow) when it comes to product approval.

But let's face it - your site has some issues. Your grammar is bad, the layout doesn't make sense. I'm not even sure your eBook title makes sense.

ClickBank certainly doesn't have the highest of standards but they do have some.

Don't think that just publishing a PDF into CB's marketplace (especially in Forex) is enough to get some cash coming your way.

Correct me if I'm wrong but they mentioned "securityprecautions" which has nothing to do with the over all outcome of your sales page etc...

I would suggest you contact them directly and ask them what exactly they meant.

Yes because it seems there my be some type of conflict they have spotted somewhere along the line, if that's the case it's best to ask them so you can simply fix the issue, rather than waste your time having to find someone else to promote your product.

        Cheers

Just keep talking with ClickBank and see if they will give you a reason or tell you what you need to do to get it approved.

In the mean time, you best listen to people telling you to fix your English on your page. You will make very few sales if your sales letter is full of grammar errors.

FXStay, you need to get an editor and proofreader pronto on this. If you want it to sell then it has to read like a professional book. I'm sorry to say, but it looks like this was just thrown together. There is nothing appealing to your reader here. Also I agree about the salespage, that it needs to be completely redone.

Sorry to be harsh, but if you want to sell this, then it needs to look the part. Simple as that.

the ebook dose not contain the exact content of the sample page i sent above ... do you think the content below that pick from this page contain error in grammar ?
      Internal Fibonacci Projection
Internal Fibonacci projections show Fibonacci retracement. Fibonacci retracement can be seen when price level retraces a past trend in a certain ration. The most common ratios are 38.2%, 50% and 61.8%. Excellent stop loss levels are seen in Fibonacci retracement.
      External Fibonacci Projection
External Fibonacci projections include three studies namely Fibonacci expansions, extension and alternates or parallels. First common thing in all the three studies is that all three allow a trader to forecast price reversal levels existing outside the range of previous trends. This is the reason why external Fibonacci projection is an ideal method for deciding profit levels. The second common thing in all three studies show trend continuation of any previous trend after price retracement has occurred.
i put the reason they sent meto why reject my product they didnt pointed to bad grammar

He got his (mis)information from the Clickbank TOS which says you can't sell stocks or bonds through clickbank. Which obviously isn't the same as selling an Ebook about stocks and bonds.

        Let me be blunt ...

The sales page is a mess and will not sell anything.

The sample text above about Fibonacci is unreadable.

Do you have any experience Forex trading? We know you didn't write this.

Right now ClickBank is doing you a favor.

If you really want to have a product on this topic, get it listed anywhere, and make some money, you need to:

        - Have someone fluent in English edit the text.

        - Have someone create a sales page.

        ... never mind ...

I was looking at the site's privacy policy, as looking at legal terms is something I like to do.

        Among other things:

Lean Forex Simple Forex eBook by Fxstay.com does not advisedly aggregate or accost Alone Identifiable Advice from or about accouchement beneath 13 except as acceptable by law. If we ascertain we acquire accustomed any advice from a adolescent beneath 13 in abuse of this policy
Again, bluntly, this is completely unintelligible.

This is what you should do: Write the book in your native language and sell it to people in your country.

        Don't worry about ClickBank.

For right now, forget English. Get something going that you are making money with in a language you understand, and then pay someone to translate it into English and/or in the meantime get more help with your English.

You are not understanding - which probably makes sense given the language issue.

Fix the grammar, etc., BEFORE trying to sell the product or get it approved for sale.

You will not get approved until you have something legible and which does not look like a horribly spun copyright violation.

You're completely missing the point of most of the posts/comments here. Your sales page is a mess. It may not even be yours to use. The format/design is a mess, the English is a mess. There's no reason in hell that anyone ... and I mean anyone would buy something from this sales page.

So what difference could it possibly make that Clickbank won't accept it? Let's say ... they did accept it. Then what? It's a freaking mess and no one will buy anything from this site.

What I'd like to know is why on earth do you have spun content on a product sales page/site? Could it be that you don't have permission to use the content ... like maybe it was borrowed from somewhere?

I know I shouldn't make fun, but some of the text on the privacy policy page is hilarious.

This isn't just simple grammatical errors that need fixing. It is very badly spun text that comes out as gibberish, albeit very funny gibberish.

This thread is almost as funny as a recent thread I started about Amazon... some lady just came in and posted pictures of her (fake) earning stats. Even though the conversation had nothing to do about earnings.

Obviously this Forex scheme is not working so you better cook up a better one.

Here's what I would do in a nutshell.

    1. Email Clickbank to find out the reason for rejection.
    2. Ask for help with the grammar and English from a native speaker.
    3. Revamp the salesletter
    4. Only then resubmit.

And I am cracking up over the armpit legal mumbo jumbo.
