What do I charge for advertising on my site?

I have a prospective advertiser for my site. I have checked them out and they seem genuine. I do not have any ads on my site so I am open to the idea.
They already have their banners to advertise clothes, perfumes, shoes, etc. and I can allow them to place text only ads of 160x600 and 300x250.
How do I go about the whole process? What sort of agreement do I need to make with them? And how much do I charge for the ads?
