How would team effort work (division of profits)

I had the chance of working in a team blog recently, for over 6 weeks. For most part, the journey went fine. There were a few arguments (as it was actually a competition, and not just a team blog).

The content production and marketing was very effective, and I am keen on pursuing other such ventures.

However, we hadn't monetized, and this makes me wonder - how will division of profits work when you work with someone else? It is difficult to quantify time worked (trust issues/one might also argue that A does more work than B in the same amount of time).

So has anyone had any experience of working with others in the same product/service? Is there an easy way to go about dividing workload and profits?

    Hello princecapri,

It's not easy to handle that but I think you need to talk with your team about that.

True, but I wonder if people have tried and tested something like this before?
