Making BOMB Post On CL..Any Free Software?

So going to try my hand at CL for a bit next month and I see a lot of ads with hearts, stars etc in the title and also nice graphics and such in the body. I belive they use html BUT is there any good free software that will turn your post into goog looking post? Maybe like a template you could enter text and pics into that will turn it into html to run in the post?

    Those are just keyboard characters. Look at your character map on the computer. There are many free websites that allow you to create an html template for your posts. I don't like any of them though. If you were to go that route, you may as well have someone design a flyer type template and just use it as an image with your ad.

    What I still don't get is I still see hundreds of the SAME posts posted over and over.
    Especially in the Realestate category.

    Somebody must have got CL all figured out!
