Some advice would be greatly appreciated...

So some quick info on what I have done:
  • Setup a blog/website about toddlers
  • Using adsense
  • Affiliate marketing with Amazon and coupon website
  • Pages consist of: welcome, blog, toddler music (videos from youtube), say cheese (parents share photos of their toddlers), coupons search, about me and contact page
All of the above was done through research on this Forum and using Yaro Starak's "Blog Profits Blueprint," which I think is great.

Here are some questions I have:
  1. When do I start marketing my website? Is it ready or should I keep adding articles and blog posts? I only have 5 entries but the other pages on my site have content.
  2. Is there a way to monetize by putting existing youtube videos on my website?
  3. Should I devote a page to just clickbank products or is that too much?
  4. Is a good way to create a list, by having people subscribe to get my blog posts by email?
Really appreciate the help - I'm a bit stuck at the moment. Should I maybe put my website for review on here? Thanks!

As soon as your web site makes some sense to a potential visitor you should start to market it.

    Yes and no.
    Yes part:
If you have a high traffic YouTube video channel (I mean you own it) you get invited to share revenue with YouTube. At that point you could take these (your own) videos and put them on your site.

    No part:
When you are at that point you will not worry about how you could monetize a web site; you will be kind of famous anyhow.

It is a possibility buy not that good. Way better: capture the emails yourself and build your own list (Aweber is what I use).

On Item 3. To me the magnet is the content, not the Clickbank ad. However, once they are there, then hopefully they will check out the ad as well. At least mine are set up with that philosophy in mind.

Would I stay on an all ad page for more than a second...probably not.
