Hi all, After a long frustrating 8 hours of trying to get Caffeinated Content working on any of my wordpress blogs and no help from tech support, I am wondering if there is any plugin that is better than CC or very similar to CC.* Note-I have never had a problem installing a Wordpress plugin before.I have CC installed-but when I go to manage/write- my page is completely blank. I cannot manage ![]() I posted in the website design portion of WF.Because I don't have enough posts, I cannot post that link. But I did describe the issues-I was having-if anyone wants to take a look. One other question: does CC basically use RSS to take content from YouTube, Yahoo and Article Base? If so-Could you just use some other type of RSS plugin to do all that CC does? Please advise-I have googled for answers and the only place I saw that someone had a similar problem was on Blackhat forum. And no one had advice there for the same problem. TIA, Deanna |

There are some problems right now with CC and the developer is not answering any emails either. Last I heard is that he works on a upgrade. There is another one similar to CC. Neil H. here on the WF is offering it and it's called WP Answers. Neil is bringing out an update this week after which I believe the price will go up. This one is a great plugin and most important it works without any problems! |

I've used the free WP plugin from uniquearticlewizard.com, and it's pretty good. You can't target exact keywords the way you can with CC, but you can come close if you set up your categories correctly. e.g. if you have a site about forex you would want to create categories for forex, forex trading, forex software, etc. You can also exclude keywords so that you don't get random articles (or at least not too many) from the finance category. You have the choice of automatically publishing articles or saving them as drafts, and you can also import videos, images, etc. Probably one of its best features lately is that it's more dependable than CC.

Interesting -- can you use that plugin even if you are not a paying member of UniqueArticleWizard? Edit: Nevermind - I got WP Answers... |

Yes, the UAW is free even if you're not a member (after all, you're helping them by adding backlinks to their member's sites). I'm considering getting WP Answers myself. But since it doesn't post full articles, only brief questions and answers, to me it would still be worth using the UAW at the same time. |
