Where to find a coder?

Where do you guys get your coders at? All of the people from my usual place freelancer have been sending me terrible work and/or don't even know how to code correctly. Anybody have any recommendations?

I can always find good freelancers (including coders) on websites like Freelancer.com

You just need to look for the people who are actually qualified. Most of the time, these people charge what you don't want to pay

Yep, that is the main reason why I stopped going on those sites for work, long ago. Everybody on those sites seems to want something for the lowest price possible.

That's where I went. Most of them can't even communicate well which is annoying but ok, but then they provide BS work and want huge pay for it Thanks though.

Very true. But finding good coders is a tough job.

Go to vworker. They have a search engine with filters you can use to pre-qualify coders.

Try Elance.com. Post your project and programmers will bid on your project.

      Good luck!
