How much should I sell these for?

Hey new to this forum so I hope this is a good place to post.

I am thinking of selling all my websites (about 15 of them) on here or on flippa but I'm not exactly sure how much to sell them for.

If you could help me roughly price a few of them, I'll be very grateful

1.) A PR2 website getting about 1500 visits a month on position 1 of page 1 of main keyword.
-Exact match domain
-Organic traffic mostly from google
-Unique content and a lot of it too.

2.) Exact match (.com .net .org) Domains with around 5000 searches a month and low competition

3.) Exact match domains with website ranking top 100 but not page 1.
-Unique content
-Low competition
-at least $1 cpc on adsense

    I'm interested in your sites PM me - I buy a lot off flippa.

    The best thing to do is to go on flippa and search recently sold with the same amount of traffic as what you have. Ignore the page rank aspect because I have only seen this make a difference to the price when it is PR4 or above.

    People care about the income it has (if it has one) and the alexa rank and obviously the potential of the site.

    It's hard to put a price on it when all we know is that they are exact match domains, they might be worthless unless they have the potential to make money, there are lots of exact match domains with searches but will not make money.

    What is your main site the one that is 1st with traffic coming in? How old is the site? Does it make any money?

    You can value them at 7-10 moths of profit they give you, maybe more if you have stats and proof that they are profitable and have strong rankings and traffic for long time.

    There's no way anyone can tell you what someone would be willing to pay for those sites without an url to look at or information about how much revenue they are earning.

    You can list them on Flippa or in Complete Sites for Sale here on WF and see what is offered. I wouldn't expect a lot with no revenue.
