Internet Marketing Business Models

Hi all

My internet business is not making any money yet though its only three months old.

I was using a system but I've seemed to have exhausted it. It's helped to build my first five sites and optimise them pretty well. I am getting some decent traffic on one of the sites. (I am still a newbie.)

I don't have a fixed business model to move forward with. I would like to know if people do use a business model and if so can they direct me to it. I have lost that direction and focus and need to adopt something concrete.

I am trying to be an affiliate. I understand other ways of generating income, i.e having members who pay or providing a service. I need to move forward now. I am also having no success in building a list. I had some help off other warriors yesterday but would like further suggestions if possible.

Also, I have tons of comments on my sites. Is this positive, some are relevant, others are not. Do they help SEO or not.

Any help is much appreciated.

Marcus

a suggestion to help you with building a list is to offer something of value to those who sign-up to your list. maybe your offer is not enticing enough.

from my experience, i think first you should focus on building up a lot of cheap/free but high quality (which means targeted) traffic to your website. you can monetize however you like once you have steady and consistent traffic

You should seriously also consider a turnkey i.e. "all done for you" concept of internet marketing, but which still require a bit of effort from your side. As an example, take a look at the link in my signature to see exactly what I mean.
