The correct rights for a PLR package

Hi friends!
I'm going to release my first product: a PLR package of 10 articles from various niche and a second product: a PLR turnkey site with ebook, ecover, banners and more. But I'm not sure on what rights are the best..... I should leave the maximum liberty to my customers or not? I think that the articles are 'less important' than the site, right?
What do you recommend?
Gabriel

P.s.: here in Italy is midnight now, so I think I'll post again only tomorrow

I think it's best for you to choose rights that suite you and decide what your terms and conditions are. Different sellers offer different types of rights. You can offer your content unrestricted so that others can resell the PLR to the content or, you can allow them to use it for personal use and not pass on the PLR.

My only terms really are just that a customer can't pass on the PLR to the content but they can use it themselves. They can sell content (eg as an ebook) but they can't sell the editable rights to it. I think that's fair.

That really depends on what you want to accomplish. My rights are similar to Nathan in that I allow nearly everything but the ability to sell or transfer PLR rights.

I also have a similar policy to Nathan. I think as long as you protect the PLR and make sure your customers do not pass it on that is the biggie.

I'm happy for customers to use the actual content in any way they fit and I think by being flexible it's better for them. It's no problem for me whether the customer uses a set of PLR articles to create blog posts or compile a report but this might be a decision that makes or breaks the sale for them.

One big thing people will ask is if they are allowed to use the content in order to populate a site to flip it. Something I have no problem with, but you might considering the product.

That is probably the question I get asked the most about my policy.

Also, don't feel that you need to keep the same rights for everything.

Hi friends and thanx for your answers, I think that for the articles I can leave unrestricted rights (it will be my first offer so I want my customers can do all they want), but for the site package maybe it's better something like this:

            [NO] Can be given away.
            [YES] Can be packaged.
[NO] Can be offered as a bonus.
[YES] Can be added to paid membership sites
[NO] Can be added to free membership sites
[YES] Can be offered through auction sites
            [YES] Can sell Resale Rights
[YES] Can sell Master Resale Rights
[YES] Can Be Edited Completely and Your Name Put on it.
[NO] Can sell Private Label Rights
[YES] Can be broken down into smaller articles
[YES] Can be used for eCourse or autoresponder series
[NO] Can sell this product on forums

            What do you think?

You need to be careful here.

Too liberal rights will devalue the product.

Too strict rights will limit the sales appeal.

So you need to strike a balance. As for specific advice I can't give it to you as it is different for each seller and product.

You should also make clear in your license if you allow customers to distribute your files with the plr license - this would mean your articles are distributed in a viral manner and will devalue the original articles as they appear on hundreds of different sites.
