I have a Big fanpage which have +400,000 likes on it ! , and my friend is willing buy it , but we want to reach to a good price without oppressing each other

    try stimator and some other website value calculators, alternatively put it up for auction at flippa. your friend can bid, but if the website value is greater then what your friend is bidding chances are someone else might be willing to take it off your hands for a better price.
