Newbe looking for some help/advice

So I'm totally new to all of this, just discovered this site and the Flippa website. I've been wanting an online business for awhile but never knew what to do. After reading some of the threads on this site and looking over the Flippa site I want to either purchase a turnkey website or pay someone to set one up for me. Problem is, I'm so new to this that I have very little understanding how everything works.

So, I was hoping that somebody could point me in the right direction on a good book to read or something like that so I can learn about all this quicker.

Also, Is there anybody willing to help me with purchasing my first website. Just things like evaluating the claims made by the selling so I dont get tak'in advantage of. Or helping me with one from scratch. I'm not loaded but I'm willing to pay the right person for there time helping me.

All and any advice you guys could offer me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    You can outsource everything at freelancer sites if You don't want to do it yourself.
    It will cost you less to build a new website, than to buy one with steady income (which is risky if you don't know how to evaluate claims in listings on flippa).
