What's a good autoresponder for a 6-figure email list?

I was looking at the pricing for Aweber and it says it's $19 a month for up to 500 subscribers, so this means I could only have a email list with 500 people on it for $19 a month? What if I want a list with hundreds of thousands on it?

It costs about $7-800/month to have 100,000 subscribers with AWeber.

By the time you have that many subscribers, I doubt that $7-800 will be a problem
