Social Bookmarking buttons

Can anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial which explains how to add Social Bookmarking buttons (Digg, Stumbleupon, etc) to my Wordpress posts?

You can see they type of thing I'm looking for on shoemoney.com

Googling comes up with a lot of different methods - what methods do you use (if any) to accomplish this?

    There are many social bookmarking plugins for Wordpress.Personally I use a plugin called "sociable".Are you looking for a step-by-step tutorial of how to install the plugin?

    Installing the Sociable Plugin:
    1. Download it and extract it
    2. Add the folder sociable to the folder plugin under wp-content in the root folder of your blog
    3. On the admin board, go to plugin
    4. Find the "inactive plugins"
    5. On the Sociable row click "activate"
    6. Then click on the settings and choose which social bookmarking buttons you want and in which pages you want
    7. Voilá
