Honestly I think uclaboyz gave you a reasonable answer.

It is an .info domain, it is 3 words long, there is no site built, there is no money coming... $10 at best.

At very, very, very best. Clearly it isn't worth more than reg-fee. But reg-fee is about $1/$2 for .info domains. I don't think it can realistically be sold just as a domain-name.

.info is worth considerably less on the domain market and without a site on it, it's probably not worth very much.

But it is a domain with keyword. Ad posting job is a good keyword i think.

It only has 390 exact monthly searches, what do you think makes it a good keyword? Something other than the amount of searches?

I don't think 3 word phrase domain names are that hard to get, are they?

Realistically, the domain is worth its reg fee and nothing more, sorry. First off, it's an .info domain which is at the very bottom of all TLD domains considered for purchase by anybody. No offence, but only IM newbies get .info domains because they are so cheap (and they are cheap not without a reason).

Secondly, there is no site built around it since the date of registration (July this year) and it has been registered for one year only, meaning: the owner did not intend to develop it, bought for sale.

Unfortunately, once more, .info domains are not in demand, lots of them used to redirect to affiliate sites, good to start your business on a shoe string budget.

You can do two things now, because I doubt you will sell the domain as is:
          • let it die
          or
          • extend the registration by 2 more years and start building a site around it.
Since you had the idea for the domain name, hopefully you have ideas on the kind of site to build around it. Then, when the first year hits on in next July, you can have a nice live site which will stand the chance of selling for a profit.

Why extend the registration time? Because domains registered for longer than one year get higher rankings with Google than those registered for a year only.

Do you imagine that that, in itself, necessarily gives it value?

I promise I don't mean it rudely, but you have a lot to learn about domaining. This is worth about $1, if you can find a customer for it.
