2CheckOut Payment Delays

So I've added 2CheckOut as one of my checkout options earlier this month. I was expecting the initial payment today (I was told that payments that meet threshold are sent out every Thursday) - but it didn't come in.
I looked into the site documentation and found this:-
"Suppliers selling intangible goods, such as service related products (e-downloads, hosting, etc.), should not expect payment until 2CheckOut can confirm that your services have been rendered."
<b>For Warriors who use 2CO: do you experience delays in payments, or you get paid like clockwork (e.g like Clickbank)?</b>
2CO's support ticketing system is painfully slow, and nobody answered when I called their US support number just awhile ago.
