Joseph, you might want to edit out the e-mail and phone numbers from your WF post..

And then delete the e-mail from your inbox

I also think so. Signing up for a person's list and ask for help.

However, I might thought:

What if it is the truth?

Even if the person was sincere (which I'm certain they're not) I would not want to get involved in a real estate deal in another country with someone I've never met who "used to be rich" but is not anymore.

I'm sure it's a scam but even if the person is being honest there is still a HUGE probability of losing any money you invested.

A good scam should make you think you're going to get some easy money. This guys scam sounds extremely risky even if it was legit.

PLEASE don't waste your precious time brooding over messages like these!

In MY view, roughly 99.9999999+ % of them are SCAMS -- and suppose one in a million isn't? How would you know which one??!

I never even read more than the subject line of msgs like this pretty one, before I hit the "SPAM" button.

I couldn't possibly send money to someone who not only writes in capital letters, but also doesn't use paragraph breaks!

There seems to be a new twist on the nigerian scams too. I had a woman (apparently) email me last week saying that she got taken by someone who wanted to help her get into the "make up business" in Nigeria, and now she's there and stuck in a hotel and got scammed, no money, asked for $ to get back to her home (which was singapore I think if I recall correctly).

Um. yeah, possible - but likely? How did she pay/get the internet in those kind of areas??

Guess these people think we were born yesterday.

Another person - on my subscriber list - replied to about 5 emails I'd sent over a 2 week period (but they replied to all at the same time). Said, "okay" as if I was talking only to them...

then after the one offer, replied and said,

"I really want this! Please give it to me".

(Of course - no payment!)

While I never got through the whole video, Michel Fortin's wife had a latest IM Sins video that talked about this kind of thing - people asking for money or something for nothing. It was definitely appropriate!

Another thing I've noticed, is sometimes people cutting people's products without even trying them (i.e., you can get the same info on your own), yet then post elsewhere wondering why they aren't making money online.

I know there's a lot of info out there - and I rarely jump on anything myself as I am super busy with my own creations, BUT there are times where you just gotta say, yeah, I'll spend the $ to LEARN how to get the proper result. If you don't invest in your own business, who will?

I think that there's just so many scam artists like these people in the email, because they haven't figured out that those who ARE successful - work hard for it. (Usually!)

Sorry for turning this into a rant lol - but it all kinda played together in my mind.

Do you transfer money to people you don't know when they ask you to? If you feel a need to help someone, donate to a local charity you TRUST.
