My Genius Idea

Hey Warrior's, I am a starting entrepreneur. Before I get into my idea I would first like to say before I was paranoid about sharing ideas. But like all ideas, all ideas are formed from building from another idea. My idea was a social network. No not like Facebook or Twitter. A social network that focuses on innovation because innovation never ends. Go to starbucks.com and click their Card section and select my starbucks idea. There you will find a community that bounces ideas off of eachother. My idea was at at global level. Using the same system as thumbs up or thumbs down. It was to have google,facebook,and all other companies on their where people can think of ways to innovate different markets or existing markets. It will be for people who have an idea for a business or people who have ideas for existing business's. Besides everyone has idea's but not everyone can execute ideas. So the concept is like donating an idea. I'm still working on the part where it benefits them like rewarding them but that will be figured out later. Tell me what you think of this idea for I am still creating a prototype. I was oringally thinking of using sites like Ning.com or SocialEngine.net for testing. What do you think of the idea or the way to go about it? I open for any constructive critisism or suggestions.
