Does anyone have a personalized blog?

I was just wondering how important it is to personalize your blog.

BTW, I'm not talking about the IM niche.

I've read that the "about" page is one of the most clicked pages on a website.

What does this mean in regards to conversions?

It seems to me, this simple admission could save some work. If it increased conversions by 50%, that's 50% less work.

Instead of 2 blogs without personalization, you could earn the same with 1 blog.

Now those figures are made up, but still...

So does anyone have any experience of this?

I now I love personal blogs. The trust shoots up to about 80%. If it's an blog where I don't know the person, the chance I will buy something is definitely lower.

Thoughts please...

    I have a very personalized blog and people seem to be responding well. I am very new to IM, but I have made a little over $1,000 in clickbank sales so far. I know this is not much, but it's a start. I personally like reading personal sites better. Good luck to you.

    My blog is purely personalized. It's definitely better and people would trust you a whole lot more if it personalized. I've earned over $2000+ dollars in a few weeks time doing this. Before when I was all secretive and no personalization at all, I struggled to even earn a $. It's always good to give people a good look who you are and you think.
