How Are They Doing This With Face/book?

Hey Warriors!

I been seeing a lot of face/book specific product pages showing up in Goog. I'm just wondering how they are doing this. Oh, and right now I am NOT on FB. Don't tell me how I'm missing out on all that traffic etc., please. But, I've noticed that there sure have been a lot of pages showing up on the first page for physical products that I'm promoting. I haven't been overtaken by any of them yet though for my many keywords :-)

I'm talking about hundreds of them! They all start with w3.face/book.com/notes/keyword here/ etc.

Is there a WSO for this? I just have a feeling that it's something that was developed and promoted here first :-) If it was, I sure would like to look into it. If it's a WSO, first Warrior to point me to it via PM will get the commissh.......LOL
