How do I get my clients?

Well I have some cash in hand and I would like to start a web hosting business,
I have examined all the risk and cost.

What concerns me is Where do I get my client?

    advertising!! seo, adwords, calling potential clients, steal some clients from competitor, make some meetings with people in your area...

    Your question should be "how do I get my clients"

    We have a colo center and are working the retail side, and the problem with selling hosting is that you are selling gas when everyone needs a car (website)

    "Where" is not so important, because everything is "pliugged up" by the big hosts, you can easily however, establish quite a lucrative business with a boutique outfit, offering simple web services and outsourcing the template work.

    However, "where" has been discussed on the forum before and that is in your own local area, approaching small businesses.

    Hi,

    1. Make some sample professional websites and place your services add on them and do marketing of websites..

    2. Contact local business men who doesn't have websites.. you can easily motivate them to get a website..

    Once you have got some clients.. then you can display portfolio on website
