Upgraded from lurker to registered
I just registered a little bit ago with the hope that maybe I can finally get somewhere with this marketing thing. I first became interested in IM a few years ago and have had multiple false starts. After trying to look at why I wasn't getting anywhere I decided to try a different approach.
I've decided that I'm going to try writing articles for the purpose of putting them together in PLR packs. As my focus has always been on affiliate marketing and the like as opposed to writing for others this will be different for me. For this I think I'm going to make use of the philosophy "work to learn, not to earn" at least early on. Yes, I do intend to actually earn something :p but I think this will be a good way for me to figure out where my strengths and weaknesses in writing are and eventually "upgrade" from there to other types of projects.
What I've seen already is that it appears as though the PLR market isn't quite as large as it once was. So I suppose this means that at the same time I'm working on my writing I can also improve my marketing skills.
My question here is where to promote these PLR packs? This forum? One of the freelance websites out there? Start my own website (which I may do eventually)?
