Is Buying A 1000 Subs Gig On Fiverr Worth It?

I recently ordered a gig on fiverr.com which claims that it will give me 1000 subscriber over a 12 day period. Its 3 days now and i'm yet to get any sub(s) from the gig. The gig clearly stated that these subs are not from humans who will actually watch my video. I currently only have 5 subs.

Have anyone here gotten into any problem with youtube because of a sudden hike in subs or comments etc?

Do you think these subs will help or hurt my channel?

I know what gig you are talking about, I have purchased it several times before. I have also re-sold the gig at a higher rate and made a nice little profit.

I have had no complaints from customers I sold it too.
I have also used this on several of my personal accounts, and all of the said accounts are still working fine, no bans or suspensions etc.

Give it a shot. Pshycologically people are more willing to "subscribe" if you already have a large amount of subscribers (same with Facebook likes, Twitter followers etc)

Before ordering any gig from Fiverr, make sure you check through the reviews (if it even has any). This should, and usually indicates whether or not the gig is legit.

I just got done with that gig, and I did in fact get 1000+ subs. Now, whether or not they are from real people with real accounts is another story. I actually purchased the gig by accident, thinking that it was 1000 views instead of 1000 subs. However, I don't think it's a bad thing.

I would stay away from the gigs that sell comments for your vids, however, because the comments will almost always be classified as spam. It's not worth it unless you want to spend time clicking the "not spam" button over and over. Even then, the comments themselves are so spammy it's just not worth it.

I figured that was the case. Do you know how to do this? I wouldn't mind posting a Gig like this myself. Although, I'm wondering what good this is if you can't send your videos to these people. In hindsight, I probably wouldn't have ordered it.

I generally use that sort of thing for ranking and monetization of the YouTube account. It's never had a negative effect on my vids.
