Best pricing on domains

Looking for best pricing on domains. Have been using Godaddy for years and now it's going to cost me $44 to renew a $10 domain. Well here's the big shocker, I'm going to transfer all my domains so I need to know who has The best prices.

Any suggestion?

If you still have time to renew, try offer on domain marketplace sites. You will get some feedback about the prices.

I use internet.bs and pay only $8.35 for .com and 6.99 for .net domains. I never use godaddy unless I have to even then I transfer them else where.

I have all my domains with Godaddy as well. I heard namecheap is also a good option.

Why is it going to cost you $44 to renew a $10 domain?

I suggest you look for coupons.

I still get the best prices at GoDaddy, but often have to use coupons for that - try GoDaddy Promo Codes - GoDaddy Coupons, Coupon Codes, and discount codes (Usually find the best deals there)

I have over a hundred domains with Godaddy and I've never had to pay more than $7.69 to renew any of them (over the past 12 years).

Why is it going to cost you $44? Did you let your domain expire past your registration anniversary date?

Something sounds wrong about the $44 charge unless you've been negligent.

What extension are you trying to renew? Do you have any other items tied to the domain (private whois, email, hosting)?

There is something wrong with your renewal price if it's just a com/net/org/info unless you let it go past the expiration date like Steve B said above.

I use Mad Dog and they charge $7.49 for new .COM domains, I don't know others so I can't talk more about them.

Namecheap is your best choice if you ask me. I use them for three years without any problems.

I have all my domains registered at GoDaddy. However, I wouldn't use them for anything else. I don't think I've ever paid full price as they must send me mail/email coupons every week. Discounts are always available. Never had a problem.

I would recommend Namecheap, socheaphost, namesilo. Now its your choice.

While Go Daddy may be more or less on par with other Domain Registrars , where I feel they are a bit more expensive is in the add ons . So if you want to add a privacy setting to your Domain , you would probably get it cheaper at places like Namecheap.

Though $44 does sound very high , it may be because you forgot to renew timeously.
