How is this done....?

Hi fellow warriors.

A while back, a few years ago I think. Meet the Spartans, a spoof on '300' was released. Part of the online marketing campaign allowed users to enter their name, picture, (and email) and phone number. Upon doing so, the viewer would then be taken to 'an interview' with Carmen Electra, who would show a tattoo of the users name on her body, their picture in a photo album, and then a phone call, to the number supplied, telling them of the film.

Phew. Here's a link explaining it better...Jetset Studios Produces Sexy Carmen Electra Viral Campaign for 20th Century Fox’s ‘Meet The Spartans’ « Getting Back Your Ex

Can anyone say how I would be able to find out how this was done, or a resource that I could use to find out more information on it. I imagine it's all in the software... But I could be wrong.

Any thoughts or advice is welcome.

Thanks

James

Ha ha... that's pretty cool. I've seen this type of thing a few times before. Appears that they are using Flash to layer the customized stuff over the background video (Google "Flash editor").

If anyone is interested in watching the video that James referenced...
