Need help: Legit Email List

I have been wanting to search for a good email list to purchase with emails on article writers/bloggers. Anyone has any tip on:

1. How to find a good email list
2. How to determine where their source of email list is
3. Recommendations for a good place to purchase

Please advise.

    This requires some manual work to look for a good deal. And the best place to find it is in Google! Just do a search query for [your niche + allintitle:blog] and then contact the blog owner requesting a guest email. You can do one easily for as little as five bucks!

    However if you want an "instant fix" then there are various "solo email" or "solo ad" services available. These can get costly, so make sure you have some cash first AND you've done your market research beforehand to make sure that you can make your money back. Here are some examples:
