Its where people release guides, ebooks, website templates and WSO's for free.

If you feel over whelmed by information currently then the war room isn't a good idea from my experience, if anything i feel like the war room set me back a couple of paces. Not because of poor information, but because i was new and reading professional level information (basally i was trying to run before i could walk). If I could go back I would learn the basics then pay for the war room, I dont really use any content in it at the moment because im still new to IM, this is just me though.

I do tend to agree with this. If you are just starting out then often information overload will be your downfall.

To put it simple, if you can't make any money using the ideas and strategies talked about in the free areas of this forum then subscribing to the War Room is not going to make a difference. There's a lot of cool stuff in there to check out but it's not what you need to succeed. You need to find one proven method and take action until it works for you. Nothing more, nothing less.

I'll bet you a lot of the guys making big coin on this forum very rarely step into the War Room - in fact I can't remember the last time I did. I'm not saying it doesn't have its uses, I'm just saying your success is not going to be based on whether or not you have access to the War Room. That's the reality.

Yeah, when I first joined the War Room I was like a kid in a candy store! So many freebies to choose from, so many interesting business models!

Found myself downloading almost everything on offer on a daily basis. Shiny Bright Objects Syndrome anyone?

That being said, its a good investment and good platform for learning more about your business model. Also, the extra mail storage and ability to run WSOs helps too.

Get it ! Pick one and only one money making method and follow it to the T.
Do that and you will make some money.
That's how I did it back then when I got started.
Pick something you like and follow it all the way untill you see results!
    Good luck.

The $37 gets you 20 years of access. You have to bring your own toilet paper though .

        lol!

Anyway, I joined the War Room a couple of weeks ago and like someone above mentioned, it's a lot of information. I spent my first couple of days just downloading stuff and felt overwhelmed at the end of it all.

I'd still recommend it because there's a wealth of information there.

37 bucks for 20 years doesn't sound bad at all. I gues I'll have to check it out. Thanks for the feedback

I've gotten flack for writing this because there are actually some people out there that disagree with me on this one point:

The $37 to have access to Allen Say's marketing mind is easily worth the price of admission. Some people think his writings are too simple and leave out the details, but that's the whole point of most of the stuff that he writes. It's principle-based which means it FORCES you to think. His Private Posts alone radically changed the way I build my businesses (hint: I focus on getting the opt-in......) and allowed me to never be dependent on Google again.

All of other stuff like free software, WP templates, SEO strategies, copy writing tips, being able to post your own WSO, the ability to store more private messages, etc. are just a bonus the way I see it.

My only real objection to this is that a lot of people aren't ready for that access and won't be able to do anything meaningful with it.

I'm also pretty sure the people who can do something meaningful with it aren't debating too much about whether to spend $37 for the War Room.
