Has anyone received issue #4 yet? I haven't even had a shipment notification yet, which as last month's one was notified on Dec 12th, seems somewhat late.

Andy or Dan - any idea when?

    Martin, I've got someone looking into that for you now.

    Moving off the old system (which sucked) onto the new system there were some problems with the credit card data encryption foofery. We've identified a group of customers who were missing #4 which will ship this week with #5. Another group missing #3 that is also shipping with #5 this week. We're not billing on those extra issues, just shipping them to catch people up.

    Some of the credit card failures are what auth.net calls a "general error" - where they don't actually notify the merchant. Why that is, who knows. We're looking for any that may have affected Issue #4, but that error shouldn't be possible going forward.
