Best way to display codes in blogs

INTERNET MARKETING

As titled, what are the best ways to display, or reveal codes in a post for wordpress?

What I meant by codes, they are HTML scripts.

Any ideas?

I would use a plugin but you can also use HTML Special characters:

> (will produce) >

< (will produce) <

So you can open and close code and it will show on your site.

Thanks for your info, but I've already visited that website from Google. Not quite what I'm looking for, but yeah, I'll do some research abit more - just thought if there's anyone who had experiences with installing good plugins.

I've read some articles about using the special characters, but I'm not too sure how it works.....

Is it possible if you could give more details on how to display code by typing > and < ??
