Keywords & All in One SEO WP Plugin

I posted this yesterday and for some strange reason the post never showed. I am working on an Amazon reveiw site and I use the All in One SEO WP Plugin. There is a keyword section in the plugin to put in applicable keywords. I was wondering if there are is an optimal number of keywords that you should plug into that section. I have found my main product keyword and about 20 applicable other keywords. Is that too many?

And the same question for the "tag" portion of the posts in WP. Is there an optimal number of keywords to put in there?
