The Art of Blog Flipping
Hello Warriors,
Today I am going to discuss something pretty interesting on blog flipping. To those who don't know what blog flipping is, it is basically buying lousy, abandoned blog and sell it for profits.
As some of you may already know, the site flipping market is BAD. Yes, I won't go around saying that the market is awesome or whatever. Honestly, the market is at its worst ever since the last 13 months.
What I wanted to say is that most of you (noob flippers) think that flipping blogs is basically listing blogs on SitePoint or other marketplaces and if it won't sell -- you basically failed to flip blogs.
That's not the case. About 80% of my flips came from my private list of buyers (not to be share sorry). The reason i used my private list of buyers more than sitepoint or any other marketplaces is that I mainly build blogs targeted to people who wants to buy.
Honestly, I know some of you (you know who you are
) are stalking my progress already -- and that is why I am listing less in sitepoint these few weeks (you will see only my lousy blogs though).
Here are some benefits of having list of buyers:
- save you time and money. (dont forget you gotta pay for listings)
- connect with REAL and HUNGRY buyers.
- my backends tend to work better too.
- you build a relationship with them.
Unbelievably, I have also had some people who emailed me telling me that they cannot get anyone on their list.
I find it very easy to get people into your list. Simply email ur previous buyers, people looking to buy sites on forums and rich affiliate marketers!
