Getting Started with Affiliate Marketing - Please Help Me

Hello Warriors,

I am thinking to start another stream of revenue which is through affiliate marketing. I know it's competitive and difficult process -- but I am willing to learn.

However, I do not know where to start and which networks to join first. I am a Malaysian so I think it's kind of hard for me to get accepted.

I am extremely interested in CPA, CPC and CPM.

I have some experiences promoting TLA, Clickbank and some other stuff.

Also, is there any good eBook that I can read for newbies like me?

Any help will be appreciated.

    I'm offering a free ebook in my sig. It's not about CPA, it's more about how to get started in general. How to avoid all the mistakes that I've made so you won't waste time doing the wrong things. It will help you focus on what you need to learn to be successful.

      It is really hard to get start in affiliate marketing here. I can't seem to get any guides or a good post to read from.

      I recently join NeverBlue (not join actually, I apply for it) -- and they said they will call me for verification and they never did.

      Also, the tax forms are very bothersome as I am not from US or CA

    Here are some tips:

    Consider your niche. FIND OUT WHAT THEY WANT! Go to forums to figure out what they want, search the Internet to find what they want... this will help when you setup a website or PPC or articles to sell them the product. Make your content relate to what the people want.

    As far as advertising your product, I would recommend PPC or article marketing. For a great course on article marketing, I recommend Bum Marketing (can be found by doing Google search for it - it's a free email course). Also, Wealthy Affiliate is really good on training affiliate marketers, although it isn't free like the Bum Marketing course (once again, you can do a google search). I have tried both, and both can help you earn money if you are persistent and work hard with it.

      Thanks Tim.

      I have already gotten myself a niche and some basic affiliate knowledge. I wanted to join an affiliate network so I can promote more stuff but it's kind of difficult.

      It seems that they want me to build a site first before registering with them.

    This may help

    Go to CB engine dot com . They are based on click bank dot com accts . There several affiliate products to chose from .It's best to surf and navigate the site before making a decision. You want one that offers a lot of tools to market there products and pays a decent commission.
