I am seriously contemplating developing a new site focused on a buy g guide for a certan type of mobile tech product. My immediate thoughts for monentisng the site is either PPC or affiliate deals on the products.

I understand that Clickbank is only for 'digital' products- which wouldn't suit my site.

With regards physical, personal electronics; cow
D anyone suggest any affiliates besides Amazon (which may be the best?)

Many thanks,
Ian

Visit some large shopping sites that sell the stuff you want to affiliate for and look if they have an affiliate program. You can also try to Google for specific product names and add "+affiliate" or "+affiliate program" to the search phrase.

I did pretty well with Commission Junction - I surprisingly did well as a T-Mobile affiliate. However, off the bat don't expect to make much more than pocket change. You might do much better selling an e-book on "insider secrets" or "intro guide" to the technology directly. Also setting up a news alert email list, which can lend itself to monetizing.
