New Twitter Auto-Reply System?

I've been getting a lot of what appear to be auto-follows that are using my twitter name in the auto-reply...

Is there a new service our there is can auto-reply with the username, or am I really getting a lot of personal replies?

    yes, tweetlater lets you autofollow someone back after they followed you. And you have the option to send them an auto reply message in their inbox. I seen some people use that opportunity to promote their website link. Although, i wouldn't advise that because they may unfollow you
