Automated Webinar "Live" or "Instant"?

I've set up an automated webinar system (Evergreen Business Systems)

and it allows me to allow my visitors to select a "Right Now!" option when registering to view the webinar and or select a future day and time to attend the webinar.

My info product will be offered during the webinar at $497

I'm wondering if I should allow the instant, right now option to visitors or not?

If the instant option is allowed, visitors won't have the "live effect"

I never do mention the webinar is live to maintain integrity, but the effect is there of course if they select a future date which will bring in social proof and such.

The benefit of allowing a Right Now option would be visitors don't have to wait if they're ready for the material in the webinar which shortens my sales cycle also. But since my product is a medium priced product at $497 (not cheap) I wonder if the " live webinar " would convert better.

Live Only or Live + Instant ?

Anyone do testing?

What do you'all think?

I would try without the "instant" option starting out.

Also, I'm looking for a good automated webinar software - how do you feel about Evergreen?

  • I’d totally go live…here’s why…

Live webinars allow the speakers to interact with their attendees, in other words it's an interactive hands on system that enable the speaker and the listener to speak to each other, and in some cases see each other.
You have audio (telephone and/or computer head set with microphone), which gives you the ability to ask questions, or type your questions, the fact is a webinar is more like a real seminar; you get the feeling of being at a live event through the use of on screen presentation.

It also gives you the ability to network the same way you would, has if you were at a live seminar. You can circulate and speak with the other guests virtually, exchange business information i.e. website address, whereas in general, most teleseminar attendees won’t stay around to network after a call.

    All the best,
    Mike
